It’s Friday night, lots of folks are out eating dinner, having drinks with friends, and listening to certain grooves, meanwhile in a small part of La Mesa, though this too is happening, there is a certain something else, something special happening at this Friday Night Market. At 3PM vendors begin to set up their foods and wares, in the flair of Vegan Cookies, Kombucha, Coffee, and Permanent Jewelry. All the food, all the product is vegan, and with that comes a non-alcoholic family friendly atmosphere, focused on healthy eating and positive energy.
On this night, Carly and crew dedicate their time to setting up outdoor seating AND lights to accommodate the patrons and vendors. The music plays wholesome beats, and there is even volunteer staff from the local high school. As a vendor at this Friday Night Market, we are grateful, and happy to support low waste livin’ in our local community.
